Shenandoah River Bridge

The state of West Virginia commissioned this bridge to cross 1,650 feet of the Shenandoah River Valley, peaking at 200 feet above the river below. The Delta-Rahmen bridge was made with nearly 13 million pounds of structural steel. The bridge received an Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies and the Prize Bridge Award from the National Steel Bridge Alliance.
