Confidential Site Development project

This massive, $200 million, 400-acre site development project required a long list of construction work, including building 50,000 square feet of retaining walls, two bridges, one mile of box culverts, a 500-car multi-level garage, a central control building, and nearly seven miles of concrete drainage. We also installed 3,400 foundation piles, water and sewer lines, electrical duct banks, and process pipes. It’s the largest oil and gas site in the region.
